All orders will be despatched only when we have cleared funds
or receipt of payment. Goods will be despatched within 2-3 working days when they are in stock (you will not be able to buy a product if it is not in stock). Please contact us for estimated delivery times if a product you would like to purchase is currently not in stock. All goods are packed and despatched by Argento Azzurro. Once despatched orders cannot be cancelled. In the unlikely event of
defective or damaged goods you will need to contact us to arrange a return and
replacement, refunds for defective or damaged goods will only be given where a
replacement item is not available.
All Jewellery items are all rhodium plated (a metal closely related to platinum) and are therefore guaranteed to be scratch resistant and tarnish free under normal usage conditions. Like all jewellery do not spray with chemicals including perfume.
When you place an order with us, we will send an
automated reply confirming the order and reference number, when you place an
order you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
All orders for in stock goods and products are
packed and dispatched within three days of order, if for any reason we need to
delay your order we will notify you by email or at the contact telephone number
specified in your contact details. When we despatch your order we will send an
automated email detailing the courier, estimated delivery times and parcel
Standard Worldwide delivery is free by first class post. If you require an urgent delivery an extra charge will be applicable - please check via email before purchasing.
